If you, like me, have a “Genealogy Photos and Other Stuff to Scan and Organize” pile, this message is for you! This is an opportunity for PCGS members to get together and flex your organization and scanning muscles. I will bring a few scanners. You bring your pile and your laptop or a thumb drive or both.
Join me for a Organization and Scanning Bee at the Family History Center at 500 S Langley Ave, Tucson, AZ 85710. I will be there from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 2, 2022. Come by anytime. This is not a structured event; we will just get together to organize and scan! I will have some resources available if you are looking for tips. This is also a great opportunity to just come on by and work on your genealogy organization. Isn’t there ALWAYS organization work to do???
If we have more PCGS members than scanners at any point, we’ll take turns to make sure everyone has a productive day. You could bring a question to research or check out the books at the Family History Center library. If you can’t make it this time, don’t fret! We’ll set another date in a couple of months.

Please note the location. The PCGS Organization and Scanning Bees will alternate between the two Family History Center locations in order to meet the needs of more of our PCGS members. Please be sure you know which one we are at for this event!
