The online sessions will begin at 9am Central Time [that’s 7am in Arizona] on August 4th. A final panel discussion will end the day. All registrants will be able to view the conference for 30 days. Register and get your questions answered by some of the most popular genetic genealogy educators! Presentations are live, not pre-recorded, and you can ask questions throughout.
Price is only $19.99 until July 21st and then it will be $24.99. Also, we will be having DNA kits and other stuff as door prizes that will be given away. You don’t have to be present to win, but you do have to register.

Question: Is it possible to find out who my father was if my whole family has passed. I found out a year ago that my sister and I are only half sisters which answers many questions as I always felt like the black sheep of the family. My sister and I don.t look anything alike whatsoever, very different personalities. Apparently my birth father was in World War 2, engaged to my mom but must have been away when she found out she was pregnant and married who I thought was my dad. Have no idea where to start or if I should just let it go.

You can try getting your DNA tested and hope that a cousin or even a sibling on your father’s side also tested.
